Welcome to Capital Skill Academy (“CSA”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website, courses, tools, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Capital Skill Academy.
1. Eligibility
Capital Skill Academy is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By using CSA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If we discover that a user is under 18 we reserve the right to terminate access immediately without refund and delete all associated data in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Nature of Services
Capital Skill Academy provides digital educational content, courses, lessons and tools, and subscription-based access.
All content is provided for educational purposes only.
CSA does not provide personalized financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. All decisions made based on CSA content are solely your responsibility and at your own risk.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
Sharing accounts, login details, or course access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. CSA reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect unauthorized sharing or access.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay. By completing a purchase you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Prices, billing cycles, and subscription terms are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
CSA reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
Failure to complete payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
5. Refund Policy
All sales on Capital Skill Academy are final, subject to the limited exception outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A refund may only be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase where the member has completed less than 20% of their enrolled program as verified through LearnDash. Beyond this window and threshold all purchases are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for non-usage, dissatisfaction, or change of mind beyond the conditions stated above.

6. User Conduct
By accessing CSA platforms including the website, Discord community, and Telegram community, you agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or intimidate other members. Share misinformation or harmful financial advice. Spam or promote external services or products. Record, screenshot, or distribute private community content. Engage in any behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Attempt to circumvent platform security or access controls.
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the community and termination of account without refund. CSA reserves the right to make the final determination on all conduct violations.
7. Access Termination
CSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, restrict accounts, or remove users if a user violates these Terms, misuses content, attempts chargebacks or payment abuse, shares access, or engages in fraudulent activity.
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund except where the conditions of our Refund & Cancellation Policy are met.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Capital Skill Academy including videos, text, tools, frameworks, designs, and branding is the exclusive intellectual property of CSA.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or publicly share any CSA content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of CSA content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
CSA is not liable for financial losses, investment outcomes, personal decisions made using the content, or indirect and consequential damages of any kind.
All actions taken based on CSA content are entirely at your own risk.
10. Platform Availability
CSA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update content, modify features, or suspend services temporarily without prior notice.
In the event of extended platform downtime exceeding 7 consecutive days caused directly by CSA, affected subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated subscription extension at CSA’s discretion. This does not constitute a refund obligation.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
CSA may reference or link to third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or outcomes. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own discretion.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication via email at gouthamkbcsa@gmail.com. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of initial contact, the dispute may be escalated to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
CSA reserves the right to submit LearnDash access logs, completion records, IP address data, and purchase records as evidence in any dispute or chargeback proceeding.
13. Changes to Terms
CSA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
