Note: We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

We may collect basic data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, device type and browser, and general location at city and country level. This data helps us improve the learning experience and platform performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide access to courses and tools, manage your account and subscriptions, send important updates related to your enrollment, improve course content and user experience, respond to questions or support requests, and send promotional and marketing communications related to CSA.
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.
3. Payments & Third-Party Services
Payments are handled exclusively by Razorpay. Razorpay follows its own privacy and security policies. Capital Skill Academy does not have access to your full payment information at any time.
We currently use the following third-party tools:
Razorpay for payment processing, LearnDash for course hosting and progress tracking, Google Analytics or similar tools for website analytics, and email service providers for communication and marketing.
Each tool is used only for essential business and learning functions. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
4. Cookies
Capital Skill Academy uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, improve site functionality, and understand general usage patterns.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Capital Skill Academy, we reserve the right to submit LearnDash access logs, completion records, IP address data, and purchase records as evidence to contest the dispute. Repeated or fraudulent dispute attempts may result in permanent restriction from all CSA platforms.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CSA following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
