Refund & Cancellation Policy

Capital Skill Academy (“CSA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital educational products and subscription-based services.

By purchasing or subscribing to Capital Skill Academy, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Refund Policy

All purchases on Capital Skill Academy are non-refundable, with one limited exception outlined below.

This includes: Monthly subscriptions, Quarterly subscriptions, Course access (all tiers), Digital tools, templates, and resources.

2. Limited 7-Day Refund Window

A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to the following strict conditions:

The request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. The member must have completed less than 20% of their enrolled program at the time of the request. Completion percentage is measured and verified directly through CSA’s LearnDash platform and is final. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered under any circumstances. Refund requests where completion exceeds 20% will be automatically declined regardless of reason.

Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours via UPI transfer.

All refund decisions are final.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period or partial and prorated refunds. Access remains active until the end of the paid term.

4. Tier 3 / Elite Content

Tier 3 subscribers are subject to the same 7-day under 20% completion refund policy. Beyond this window and threshold, Tier 3 purchases are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Capital Skill Academy may result in immediate termination of access and permanent restriction from future purchases. Capital Skill Academy reserves the right to contest all disputes using LearnDash access logs, completion records, and purchase data.

6. Duplicate Charges & Technical Errors

Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate charges caused by a verified technical error or payment processed without access being granted. All decisions are final.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Capital Skill Academy provides educational content only. No guarantees are made regarding financial outcomes or results. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction, lack of usage, or unmet expectations beyond the conditions stated in Section 2.
